Hi guys, after a long time without posting anything here, today I'm returning and I intend to be posting with a certain frequency. I'm thinking about how I could be generating material more often. I thought of creating a monthly series where I share portfolios that I find interesting and comment on the features that I like. When I started building this site/portfolio here where you are reading this article at the moment, I created a folder of favorite portfolios to reference web pages of designers and developers.
Qaisar
One of the points that most attracted attention in Qaisar's portfolio during portfolio searches was the interactivity implemented with the help of parallax and also the great use of it in the extremely clean pages. The illustrations also gain great prominence amid the large breathing areas.
Gloria Lo
The highlight of this portfolio was the great use of pastel colors with an extremely clean and informative interface, and the project sections separated by colors greatly enriched the creation of a context for each project. Another strong point is how well described the applied processes are on each project. Designer Gloria Lo also brought other facets to her project. In addition to bringing her projects as a UX/UI professional, she presented some of her personal life projects such as music, art, and writing.
Elizabeth Lin
Elizabeth Lin's portfolio brings all the positive points of the other portfolios mentioned above. Contains great interactivity where she uses even the cursor changes during interactions. She also presents a little of her side projects. In addition to bringing only personal information, she presents a little of her experiments in art and in the interactivity of the physical world. Another positive point is the images and GIFs used in the portfolio.
Jonnyczar.
Wow, Jonny Czar's portfolio is a great reference for designers who would like to work with minimalist elements. Most of the projects are worked in black and white, but even with this minimalist tone as a base, he worked with colors to group information from projects and articles on the homepage, using great images to add context, and the animations during the scroll when viewing the sections give a charm to the portfolio in its entirety.
Amilton Paglia
The designer Amilton's portfolio is what synthesizes all minimalism in its development, but it's not because it's minimalist that information is missing. On the contrary, it's one of the portfolios that, even being presented on a single page, the presentation text gets all the attention and manages to be very informative about the professional. For people to get to know him more, he recommends accompanying him to other kennels where he has more contact, and his portfolio is a great business card.
